Anyone can make mistakes, some big, some small. Angel Montes revealing story

Born and raised in Wilmington Angel attended Broad Avenue Elementary, Wilmington Jr. & Banning High (class of 1987) Schools. Through middle school all was well, then things changed in high school and he was involved in some nefarious activities that lead to incarceration. Angel used the time behind bars to get his life on course, and learn from some experienced “professional” inmates (as in lawyers, accountants, restaurateurs) everything he could about (the restaurant) business so that he could improve the restaurant his parents founded and serve customers and community better;  and be a role model, and better parent, promoting good conduct and caring for youth and fellow citizens. He’s happily married with four children and four grand grandchildren.

His generosity helping good causes includes the Boys & Girls Club. As director Jack Baric states, “What a great story of resolving to be better.”  And to launch the new year 2023.
